GENERAL

• You MUST be 18 years or older to commission an audio regardless of if it's SFW or NSFW. All characters portrayed must be 18+ years old.
• Audio length and content must be agreed upon before payment. I offer improvs and script fills.
• Maximum audio time is 45 minutes.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions based on the content or provide alternative suggestions that would be more suitable.
• My limits are severe physical harm, harm or sexualization of animals, homophobia/general discrimination & hate speech, and potty play. Other than that I'm very open and accepting to most kinks.
• I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or breach of these terms.
• Please include as much detail as possible in your requests, including but not limited to: kinks, turn-offs, names you'd like to be called, general vibe of the audio, etc.

PAYMENTS

• The full payment for your commission must be sent and confirmed before I begin working on your commission. 
• Prices are as listed in my services section.
• All commissions are expected to be completed and sent in a maximum of 14 days after I receive payment.
• If I have not completed the commission within 14 days of payment you will receive a full refund, and will still receive the completed audio upon completion.

REVISIONS

• One minor revision is included (pronunciation corrections, small adjustments).
• Major revisions or re-recordings will be charged as a new commission.
• Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Standard delivery time is 7-14 days from payment confirmation.
• Files will be delivered as an unlisted audio on Audiochan or Soundgasm.
• You agree not to share or download the audio without permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RIGHTS

• You receive personal use rights to the commissioned audio.
• Commercial use requires additional licensing fees.
• I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio and promotional materials.
• I retain the rights to all my audios, including commissions. I have the right to upload your commission publicly in the future unless you purchase exclusive rights. If your audio is personalized with your name or any personal information about you it will be removed for your own privacy.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are only provided if I cannot complete your commission
• No refunds after audio delivery
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment for a full refund
• Partial refunds may be offered at my discretion for cancellations after I've begun working on commissions.
• I do not offer refunds on commissions after I've begun working on them.

COMMUNICATION

• All communication must be through the contact methods I have provided.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for responses to messages.
• Updates on commission progress will be provided as needed.
• Clear communication about your requirements helps ensure satisfaction.
